Children are welcome to wear PJs to school and bring their favorite Dr. Seuss book to share with a friend. Thank you to everyone who signed up to donate items for our special day. If you have not already sent in your items, please send them on Monday. Thank you!! Please continue to review sight words each day. We have found that some of the children who have finished all of the cards do not remember all of the sight words. Please continue to practice and to read aloud each night. Ask your child questions about the books they read. Ask them to retell the events, how characters feel, and what connections they can make to the story. When reading non-fiction books, ask about main idea and details. If your child is sick, please help us stop the spread of germs and keep your child at home. If you child has a fever, they need to stay at home until they are fever free for at least 24 hours (without the help of medication). We are encouraging children to wash their hands throughout the day. Thank you for your help! Have a wonderful weekend!
